 “Love Conquers All”

That is a recurring theme throughout our lifetime.  Love is the reason for everything – it is the main theme in songs, films, books.  Everything around us reminds us what our parents have been saying for years, “When are you going to settle down and get married?” 

This blog is not about finding love, although we have plenty to say about dating and relationships.  It is about being single and appreciating all that comes with it.  Let’s face it, single people get the shaft.  We are a group of singles centered in the Washington, D.C. area (which means most of us are from somewhere else) and we are single.  Whether we embrace it or loathe every minute of it, everyone is single at some point in life.  And some of us have stories to tell about it.  Really, really good stories!
